To offer a behind-the-scenes glimpse, the AHC demands months of meticulous planning. This includes negotiations with host venues, securing over 25 sponsorship agreements, coordinating entertainment, food arrangements, crafting marketing materials, and curating top-notch social media content.

Our dedicated team conducts numerous hour-long Zoom meetings, exchanges thousands of group texts, and collaborates on Google Sheets to bring this event to life. We are immensely grateful for a team that holds a profound commitment to the state of West Virginia and strives relentlessly to deliver a world-class experience for our attendees.

Finally, our Co-founders, Cooper Simmerman and C.J. Harvey, are thrilled to once again bring their vision to life in West Virginia. Through our podcast interviews with hundreds of industry leaders, we've uncovered a recurring theme: the significance of nurturing meaningful relationships with colleagues in team building and management.

At the AHC, we embrace an "open invite" approach, breaking down barriers and dismantling the "old boys club" atmosphere that can persist in our society.

For 2024, we've meticulously crafted a 'Wild and Wonderful' weekend to enhance our guests' experience to the fullest. Whether you're joining us as part of a team or as an individual attendee, whether you're a small business owner or a West Virginia professional poised for your next career advancement, this is an event you absolutely can't afford to miss!
