It's also worth noting that a portion of the proceeds from the Almost Heaven Classic will provide a significant boost to the Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund, another initiative generously led by Star USA FCU’s executive team and fellow West Virginian leaders. The Almost Heaven Scholarship Fund is a non-profit entity created to support the educational endeavors of deserving high school seniors in West Virginia.
Scholarships will be granted annually to qualifying students meeting low income standards and will be attending a college or university in the state of West Virginia.
