Bio

Shannon is a born and bred West Virginian and currently lives in the Cabell County area. He graduated Marshall University with a degree in journalism and has since spent more than six years at a newspaper and television station in the region. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the most and is always plotting the next trip. When not on the road, he spends his time watching sports, going to concerts and reading.

Join him as he finally puts his minor in U.S. history to good use with his “This Month in W.Va. History” series focusing on events that have helped shape where the state is today.
