Anyone who follows Mountaineer Media knows Philip Bowen is talented, and he was just recognized in a big way for his gift.

Bowen, who's well-known for playing basically any song you can name on the fiddle, won $25,000 from a TikTok talent show, Gamers Got Talent, which was sponsored by Luminosity Gaming out of Canada.

He was announced as the winner on Sunday, which of course was West Virginia Day, so talk about a perfect way to celebrate for the Mountain State native who now lives in Detroit.

Here is his reaction/shoutout to his family and West Virginia after winning.

Bowen first captured massive attention from holding live shows on Reddit where he'd take requests to play songs.

Here he is playing a rendition of Country Roads when he was on the podcast.

You can listen to his entire interview here.
